About us and our Service
Our customers come from all over the U.K. not just Cumbria. Rather than tow their vans and drive their motorhomes home and back again as an increasing number of visitors now choose to save time and fuel and leave them with us.
This is how the service is organised
Parking Bays
Your parking bay is numbered and is for your use only.Your parking bay will also have a yellow PT (Parking Taken) sign, indicating that although it might be empty at times, it is in use and will be needed by yourself.
Please make sure that you only use your allocated bay.
If you require more than one pitch the appropriate fee will be charged.
One water and two electricity points are available so you can use your own cleaning equipment on site.
If you do not wish to renew, please let us know, and make sure your property is removed from the site.
Your key will be deactivated if the appropriate renewal fee has not been paid within the calendar month of renewal.
Insurance
Your caravan is not insured by us when on our site.
We advise you take the following safety precasutions when leaving it on site:
- Turn off the gas bottles.
- Disconnect the battery and lock up.
- In very cold weather drain the water system.
Keys
The cost of replacing a lost key is £10.00.
